What are some things that inspire you in your studio practice?
The strength of my maker community at Nicholson File. [Nicholson File is an artist studio building in Providence, RI]
Does your current creative practice tie into your time spent at RISD? How so?
Every day! I learned to incorporate social practice into object making.
Is there a work/body of work that you are particularly excited about sharing with us at RISD Craft this year?
Yes, current print saturated porcelain.
Any recent press/exhibitions/achievements you'd like to share with us?
Sure, three works published in this new book: The Chazan Collection at The RISD Museum. This 144-page hardcover book celebrates four decades of gifts made by Dr. Joseph A. Chazan to the RISD Museum collections. The book can be purchased online or at RISD Works in the RISD Museum.
